韩永红，广东外语外贸大学法学院副院长、教授、博士生导师、广东省教学名师。美国威斯康星大学-麦迪逊分校、英国中央兰开夏大学、日本立命馆大学、加拿大多伦多大学访问学者。
兼任中国贸促会联合国贸法会观察员专家团成员、亚太法协“一带一路”分委员会委员、中国国际法学会理事、中国法学会网络与信息法学会常务理事、广东省法学会医药食品安全法研究会副会长、广州仲裁委、深圳国际仲裁院仲裁员等。被聘为广东省涉外法治人才库成员、广东省政府立法咨询专家。
长期从事国际法研究和涉外法治人才培养工作，独立编著出版《国际商法》（英文版）等涉外法治人才培养系列教材，主持省级一流课程《国际商法》（英），主持国际法全英教学团队。研究方向为国际经济法、涉外法治。在Food and Drug Law Journal（SSCI期刊）《法学评论》《环球法律评论》等刊物以中英文发表论文50余篇，出版《食品安全国际合作法律机制研究》《“一带一路”法律保障机制研究》（合著）《对外援助国外立法文件编译》等著作10余部。主持国家社科基金、教育部人文社科基金、省社科规划基金、最高人民法院司法研究重大课题等省部级以上项目10项，主持《中国（广东）自由贸易试验区法治创新基本问题研究》《广东省政府规章翻译》系列横向课题10余项。就“一带一路”、自由贸易区法治建设、美国涉华法案等主题撰写的研究报告先后获得国家主要领导人、国家部委、广东省委的批示。

Yonghong HAN is a professor of international law, doctoral supervisor, and associate dean at the School of Law, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, China. She had been a visiting professor in Faculty of Law, University of Toronto (2023), Global Legal Studies Center at University of Wisconsin-Madison (2013-2014). She had also been a visiting scholar in Law School of Ritsumeikan University and University of Central Lancashire. She holds B.A. (magna cum laude), LL.B., LL.M. (magna cum laude) and S.J.D. from Southwest University of Political Science and Law, China.
She teaches the courses of International Economic Law, International Business Law and Public International Law. Her research interests are mainly in the areas of foreign relations law, the relationship between domestic law and international law, and theories of international law. She holds grant from National Social Science Fund and Supreme People’s Court of China for projects entitled “Constructing the Law of China on Foreign Aid” and “Application of International Treaties in Domestic Courts”. She has published 10 books and over 50 articles on topics in the above areas.
She is the recipient of awards of “Distinguished Teacher” from Guangdong Province, member of “Guangdong Talent Pool for Foreign-related Rule-of-Law”,“Excellent Postgraduate Supervisor” and “Excellent Scholarship” from the University for her work in teaching and research.
